The Story Behind our Company
ECA TAX & LEGAL was founded in 2011 following Ernst & Young's return to Cameroon and a merger with a local firm, while ECA S.A. has been operating since 1984. Both entities joined the Ernst & Young network in 2011, adopting the names "Ernst & Young Cameroon SARL" and "ECA-Ernst & Young Cameroon S.A." respectively, before rebranding to ECA TAX & LEGAL and ECA S.A. in October 2023, without any change in the continuity of their activities and in the provision of services to their clients.
